Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 21phlove. The 21phlove platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. 21phlove reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on 21phlove. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 21phlove reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any balances or bonuses held within those accounts.
You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 21phlove is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
21phlove may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 21phlove account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 21phlove immediately through the available support channels. 21phlove will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
21phlove will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 21phlove that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
21phlove accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 21phlove does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the 21phlove account.
The minimum deposit amount is stated on the Cashier page of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Players will be notified of any changes to minimum deposit thresholds through the Platform's notification system.
Deposits are generally credited to a Player's account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases where a deposit is not reflected within thirty (30) minutes, Players should contact 21phlove support with proof of the transaction. 21phlove is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 21phlove does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your 21phlove account, you must have completed KYC verification, have a verified payment method on file, and have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 21phlove account.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date of submission, subject to verification requirements. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. 21phlove will communicate any delays to the Player through their registered contact details.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated on the Cashier page of the Platform. 21phlove reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in instalments and to request additional documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
21phlove reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority. Players will be notified of any such hold and provided with an opportunity to respond.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 21phlove are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period are stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagers placed on games that are excluded from a promotion do not count toward wagering requirements.
21phlove reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and exploiting errors in bonus calculations.
Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the Player's responsibility to be aware of the expiry dates applicable to any bonus credited to their account.
21phlove runs special promotional events during the Valentine's season in February and other calendar events throughout the year. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available to eligible registered Players only. 21phlove reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All games available on the 21phlove platform are provided by certified third-party game providers and use independently verified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to the Player's account. 21phlove's decision in such matters is final.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 21phlove's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
21phlove collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
21phlove implements industry-standard security measures to protect Player data, including SSL encryption for all data transmissions and secure storage of personal and financial information. Player data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with authorised service providers and regulatory authorities as required by law.

21phlove reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification requirements.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and 21phlove, Players are encouraged to contact the 21phlove support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. 21phlove will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
21phlove reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the 21phlove platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
